Sharon and the ServiceNow Platform Foundation design team are reimagining Developer, Admin and Analyst experiences for ServiceNow users. Sharon joined ServiceNow in 2018 as a Director of Product Design to lead a team of talented designers distributed around the world (San Diego, Santa Clara, Chicago, Amsterdam, and Hyderabad). Before joining ServiceNow, she was a Senior Manager leading design for the Intuit QuickBooks & TurboTax Self-Employed Ecosystem. With experience in managing multiple in-house design and research teams for mid- to large-sized companies, Sharon loves building and coaching innovative, cohesive design teams and solving intricate customer problems.

She actively runs the Customer Experience Special Interest Group in San Diego and participates in panels and lead workshops on design thinking, portfolio design, and design careers.
